I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chilli Flames and tried their burgers, rice, fries and wraps, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. We were in a big group of 17 friends and the service was outclass.The burgers were juicy and flavorful, with fresh toppings that added the perfect crunch and zest to each bite. Similarly, the wraps were generously filled with delicious ingredients and wrapped in warm tortillas. Beyond the delicious food, the service was exceptional, with friendly staff ensuring a pleasant dining atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend for its delicious burgers and wraps, making it a must-visit spot for anyone craving a satisfying and flavorful meal.

Price: £29.03 for Firehouse burger, loaded fries & drink x2 + 1 portion chilli cheese nuggets Revisit: No Favourite Bit: Clean kitchen and front of house & variety on the menu, original coke drinks Least favourite: Burger was dry and not very good, loaded fries hardly had any cheese and chicken on them, ketchup type flavour. Mini review of chilli flames, stratford rd, birmingham. Got off to a great start because it was delivered within 30 minutes of my order and for saturday evening, I was more than impressed. The excitement and impression was short lived however when we got tucked in. We ordered a beef burger meal, a burrito and an original flames burger meal (chicken). The onion rings were not good quality, soggy and tasteless. 4/10 The beef burger was above average but for the price I paid, I expected it to be large in size or extremely tasty to compensate. I was left disappointed with this. 5/10 The burrito was a decent size but it lacked flavour and the condiments were not apparent the least. The chicken was tasty but bland and lacking flavour with a thin layer of chilli flavours. 6/10 The original flames chicken burger did not save the day either. In all fairness, the chicken was tender and cooked to perfection but it lacked flavour and I could only taste a thin layer of chilli sauce. 6/10 Lastly, I had ordered one coke and one dr pepper but received 2 cokes I would not write these guys off as I know that sometimes one can be the recipient of an off-day so I will order again one more time and I hope that my 'benefit of the doubt' bears fruit. Ordered via delivery app. I decided to try the whole grilled chicken with choice of flavour fiery hot. It wasn’t hot at all but a little sweet. However I won’t make an issue of this as it was delicious and well cooked. The price for a whole chicken on the app is listed as £16.95 and if they ever do charge this price then it’s a total rip off as the chicken was very small (see photo below showing the breast part). However they had a promotion on and I paid £10.19. My gut instinct tells me that £10.19 is the actual price and they just pretend on the app it’s £16.95 as a promotional gimmick. The dips I ordered with it are very salty and I would urge them to ease up on this. Final verdict: 4 stars out of 5 if permanent price is £10.19. 2 stars out of 5 if £16.95 is ever charged (you would have to put a gun to my head to pay this much for such a tiny chicken). 3 stars given as an average of these two possibilities.
